About this house rental
Newly renovated house with the finest modern amenities. Open plan living area, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Gorgeous chef's kitchen with high-end appliances. Quaint front porch with swing and bistro set. Large Master Bedroom with sitting area. Three guest bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 3 twins beds, perfect for children and teens). 1 block from the excitement of Magazine Street, and 1 block from the beauty of Audubon Park. New Orleans living at it's finest!
Please note, there are several steps leading to the front porch/main entrance to the house, so the house is not wheelchair accessible. Also, under New Orleans' new short-term rental regulations, all short-term rentals in the City must have a licensed operator who lives on-site. The licensed operator for this house, a relative of the owners, lives in a ground-floor apartment separate from the house.

The house was very spacious and clean. The house had an open concept living room and large kitchen which is rare in older New Orleans homes. We were a small group but this house would accommodate a large group very nicely. The beds were all very comfortable with nice bedding and the bathrooms were all updated and spacious. Loved the proximity to Magazine Street, Audubon Park and Tulane - very walkable area. The host really went out of their way to accommodate our very last-minute booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our extended family visit for Tulane’s graduation. Easily accommodated our party of 6. Right by Audubon Park, a top place to visit in New Orleans. Easy walking distance to several restaurants, including two of the best in the city (Clancy’s, Saba). Tons of storage - master bedroom has huge walk-in closet and the other bedrooms each have a closet and a dresser. Bathrooms are all very nice and clean. Walkable to the St. Charles Ave streetcar. Very spacious living room with big, comfortable couch. AC worked great.
