Muy limpo y suficiente

Was really clean, very well located and the water was really good, normally we stayed in other places where the water presuare was really low

It didn’t bother me but they are doing some remodeling right now maybe because it’s usually low season for tourist.

Good location but bad place to stay for work

The area is good and the room is big

The room had absolutely no sound insulation — I could hear everything. Mine was located right next to the lobby, so every time someone walked by, it felt like they were right beside me. The window faced an interior hallway where staff were constantly passing, so there was zero privacy. For the price I paid, I would’ve been much better off staying at a proper hotel.

Great hidden gem in an amazing location

Loved the location and the staff was so welcoming. There was a security person at the front office 24 hours a day who greeted us and made us feel very safe. The rooms open to an outdoor interior space and make you forget you're in a big city. There are so many amazing restaurants and shops nearby, but the street the hotel is on is very quiet. So easy to walk or Uber anywhere you need to go. The room was comfortable and very clean. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, go to the Ritz. But if you want a clean, comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay in an amazing location, this is the place for you. I highly recommend Atrio Polanco!

The location was really incredible! Personal super nice and attentive, room was clean and very spacious.

I didn’t like that was no front desk , but to be honest is not needed. Cameras all around, security personal are there 24/7 and they’re súper attentive and take good care of you, makes you feel like home and safe.

Everything was perfect. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally kind and even helped me with my bags. The room was spotless and very spacious. The outdoor patio was lovely. Loved it!

Perfect location in charming new hotel

I had an amazing stay here. The location couldn’t be better as it’s just a few steps from Lincoln Park and Masaryk, surrounded with cafés, restaurants, and shops , and I always felt super safe walking around. The house itself is gorgeous, recently renovated, and everything in the room (furniture, sheets, etc.) felt brand new. Such a comfortable and charming place to stay in Mexico City!

Beyond my expectations

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, spacious - the hotel was small but extremely elegant and beautifully decorated. I really liked the feel & look of the hotel; the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I stayed here for a small visit, but I would definitely stay here again if I`m in the city. The area is filled with restaurants and bars.

The room had everything I needed, it was very clean, and the location in Polanco was excellent. The staff was very attentive, and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely come back if I return to Mexico City.

I loved the location—it doesn’t get better than being right in the heart of Polanco. The staff was super accommodating with my early check-in and even gave me great recommendations on local cafés to work remotely.

Estancia ubicada en una excelente zona

La relación precio-calidad es perfecto. El lugar está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Ciudad de México con muchas opciones de comida y restaurantes cercanos muy lindos, hay un sin fin de tiendas para hacer shopping y te sientes seguro al caminar por la zona además de tener un parque a unos pasos con policías vigilando la zona. Tiene shampoo, jabón, toallas, television e incluso un frigobar por si compras alimentos. Agua caliente que dura bastante tiempo y el lugar me pareció cómodo y limpio. Sin duda me quedaría ahí nuevamente. Gracias por las atenciones y respuesta pronta a nuestras solicitudes

Increíble ubicación y una estancia muy cómoda

Excelente ubicación y el concepto y diseño están muy bien. Ofrecen agua filtrada y café en el área común. La cama es cómoda.

Nos tocó un cuarto en el atrio (3er nivel) en una escalera muy angosta. Tenlo en cuenta si llevas maletas grandes. El baño tenía basura detrás de la puerta.

Me gustó mucho la seguridad de la zona, muy tranquilo, podías caminar con calma a cualquier hora. La persona que nos atendió fue un señor muy amable, tuvimos que llegar antes y aunque no era nuestra hora del check in, nos recibió las maletas en lo que estaba lista la habitación.

Estaba muy fría la habitación. Fuera de eso no hay ninguna otra queja. Si buscas comodidad, un lugar muuuy seguro y tranquilo para pasar el rato, está muy bien aquí la verdaddd

La ubicacion es perfecta, el lugar esta super acogedor, la verdad que la habitacion nos encanto que entraba mucha luz durante el día, todo muy limpio, zona super tranquila y segura en lo mejor de Polanco, el personal muy atento y amable en todo momento, nos encanto! sin duda si volvemos a CDMX sera nuestra primer opcion!

si pudiera darle un “defecto” es solo una pequeña rampita que esta del cuarto hacia el baño/closet, las primeras horas se nos olvidaba y si nos tropezabamos un poco jaja pero nada grave y todo bien

Me tocó agua al tiempo en la mañana. Tuve que bañarme muy rápido por el frío. El baño de mi habitación (terraza) desprendía olor fuerte a drenaje. En general bien, las ventanas son originales de la casa, sería bueno implementar cristales dobles para tema de ruido de la calle. Se siente como si no hubiera ventanas.

Tolles Zimmer mit Anstrichen

Zwiespältig : im grossen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Zimmer in toller Lage. bequemes Bett und grosszügiges Bad, ein absolutes Plus : der Kühlschrank. Check in ok , Code statt Schlüssel , aber……. ( siehe unten )

mini Papierkorb im Bad , Gebäude sehr hellhörig , unser Zimmer direkt zur Strasse …..daher insgesamt eher laut. Keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu heizen , war mir morgens zu kalt. Am 2 ten Tag morgens kein warmes Wasser…. Schwer zu finden , zumindest für unseren Taxifahrer. Wer mit diesen Kleinigkeiten leben kann wird die tolle Lage geniessen könnem.

Una ubicación excelente y una habitación muy amplia

Mi habitación estaba en la planta baja (nada mas entrar a la izquierda) y era muy ruidosa porque cada ve que entraba alguien al hotel oías el timbre, y cualquier llamada de teléfono al conserje se oía la conversación. Tuve un problema con la ducha el primer día de estancia que, aunque lo solucionaron pronto, impidió que tuviese agua caliente el primer dia.
