El personal y el desayuno
Las toallas olían fatal. Como a humedad, había unas chanclas usadas (dos pares) en el baño. Al salir de la ducha prefería secarme al aire que con esas toallas

From beginning to end, the hospitality displayed by Najib, his lovely wife and brother-in-law was amazing. Every tour detail was well thought and supported with links to ensure a smooth travel. The breakfast was outstanding, opens at 08:00 am. The vessel/ferry service "Balearia" from Tarifa, Spain to Tangier, Morocco was unique to say the least (motion sickness medication highly recommended for the weak) and walking distance from the terminal to the hotel (@ 15 minutes - slight uphill). We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Riad Qasr El Medina for their kind time and humble consideration!

The breakfast was good. The staff were excellent and very courteous. The location didn't suit us as it's pretty deep in the Kasbah. We would have preffered a location near a parking lot or facing the Tangier port.
We didn't like the location. Obviously the owner cannot move the building. I am sure there are other customer who wouldn't mind this location, as the hotel was full.
