    Lovely hotel, lovely staff, fabulous views from the restaurant. NO ELEVATOR. Reachable only on foot, uphill both ways and lots of steps. But our accommodation was excellent.

    Hotel very well located in the Medina. Staff are friendly. But the room was really cold in January (the a/c unit didn't warm the room at all). The water in the shower was also cold. And the hotel is really noisy, both internally and from the outside. WiFi works but isn't the best.
