Personal del hotel muy agradable y simpáticos. La habitación está bastante bien.

Su ubicación. Está dentro de la Medina y según a qué hora llegues cruzarla no es fácil a pesar de estar a una calle de salida. Si llegas en taxi sobre todo de noche hay gente esperando que se hace pasar por el hotel para llevarte hasta allí, te dan una vuelta de 10 minutos por dentro y te increpan pidiendo dinero. De noche zona insegura.

Breakfast was decent, served as a buffet with a good variety of options. The hotel offered beautiful views of the ocean and even of Spain. The room was comfortable in size, with a small but clean bathroom and a working TV. The location was convenient, close to the medina, and our room had a lovely view overlooking the mosque and seaport.

The staff asked us to pay upon arrival but only wanted to issue a receipt at checkout, which made no sense. After insisting, we received the receipt upon payment. We parked at a nearby lot recommended by the hotel, paying €3 at check-in (not included on the receipt). At checkout, we weren’t given the parking ticket and had to wait while a staff member retrieved it, which delayed our departure — be sure to ask for the ticket before leaving. The air conditioners also appeared unclean and need servicing.
