Most important was the access to the owner. He was friendly pleasant to talk to and accommodating. I must have called him 3-4 times on arrival and each time he answered the call immediately or very shortly after a brief message left. That was awesome to be able to do. , Easy to get to from airport. It was close to the things we wanted to do. Area was safe. The covered space was a little out of our way to enter the apartment with large luggage but roadside parking was always plentiful and just outside the door. Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean. A great place to stay and great value. Our friends stayed near the golf courses and i would not trade them!
We liked everything but would recommend a safety grab bar in the shower. We texted him about that on departure. Couldn’t get the washer lid to close to wash towels but probably our lack of expertise.

This property was very clean & was perfect for our two day stay in Phoenix!
It would have been nice if there was a second shower. But other than that it was perfect & very clean.

Excellent hosts/great communication. The condo was clean and perfect for our getaway. Walking distance to the mall, tons of restaurants, and Old Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again!!!
