The private balcony overlooking the courtyard is a great way to enjoy an Arizona sunrise with a cup of coffee! Fully furnished with everything you`ll need including high-speed internet, hair dryer, iron and much much more to feel right at home.

NOTE: A/C and heating systems at Maya Condominiums are a Chiller Boiler system and operate much differently than a traditional central heat and air system. A/C runs from March to October and heat runs from November to February (may be subject to change). Please note this is the case for all units at Maya Condominiums. Portable A/C or heater is available upon request.
**Pool is heated and SPA**
Parking is in the covered spaces in the Maya complex. The condo comes with one parking pass that will be needed to park in covered or numbers parking spaces. Uncovered parking is free but access may be limited due to traffic.
We will not be there in person, but we are available on the AirBnB app between the hours of 8am-9pm.
Maya Condominium resort, just a 5 minute walk to Old-Town Scottsdale
You can walk just about anywhere in Old Town Scottsdale! We suggest Uber/Lyft if you don`t have a car
This condo is part of the Maya Condo Association and is subject to all local association rules and regulations.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.
NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the cops if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called, there will be a $750 fine
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO PETS OF ANY KIND!
*Please note that a fine of $500 for bringing a pet (any kind)
*A fine of $100/day offense during stay

The condo, including the bed, living and dining furniture, was very comfortable. It was clean, had everything needed for basic cooking, and was well-stocked with paper goods and bath/dish soap so you don't need to bring your own! The location provides easy walking to downtown Scottsdale and quick access to major roads and highways. It was a perfect place to stay for our main objectives of attending spring baseball and accessing beautiful hiking trails. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in the condo. All was as advertised and it was an ideal location for golf, shopping, hiking and fall baseball!

The condo was as good as the pictures show. Sufficient amenities and very clean.
The location is perfect, close to stores downtown and access to US101.
I would not hesitate to book this property again.
