Overall, very good, pet friendly and no problems with parking. Clean and good climate control and water pressure/temperature. Proximity to the 101 Fwy makes it convenient to travel in any direction in a short timeframe.

This was our second stay in this property while visiting family in the Phoenix area. It was a great homebase in the Valley with easy freeway access and a good location generally.

It was okay. It was clean, semi comfortable. Host was okay. Lots of rules and threatening fines. The property was close to where I needed to be and cheaper than the hotels in the area.
