The home has an open, entertainer`s floor plan that always invites guests to the pool and hot tub. The backyard and location cannot be beat! Guests can sense the ideal vibe in the neighborhood that only Old Town Scottsdale can create. The home is strictly used as a vacation rental so everything is set up for guests visiting for the first time. All kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. The home provides an oversized ice machine, double laundry, several games, high speed internet and a TV in nearly every room and outside.
The entire property is available for guests. Guests will enter without human contact or keys, entrance will be with a code only.
The home is directly across the street from the MLB Giants Spring Training Stadium in Old Town Scottsdale. The neighborhood has been around longer than most of Scottsdale`s neighborhoods, so it has mature landscaping and an endless number of options for restaurants, shopping and night life! An alley on two sides of the home plus the landscaping provides more privacy than most other homes of similar size.
Everything that you could ever want is a walk or short Uber ride away.

Nice place, probably getting ready for a refresh. We paid for heated pool and it was not on the first couple of days. Which happens, but they have been totally unresponsive on refunding for a couple days of heated pool. Other than that, it was a decent stay.
