This 2002 building has plenty of room with high ceilings and over 1,000 sq feet of space. Two bedrooms with a comfy king size bed and queen bed,the couch converts into a queen size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pans, dishes,everything you need for great dinner at home. 58”large screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the family room. New fridge,washer and dryer. Reserved covered carport behind the unit and usually plenty of parking in front.Community pool with Key entry, grill and dining area along the pool side.

The location is great! It's close to shopping, grocery stores, amazing sight seeing, freeways, and if you want to walk you can get to a quite a few restaurants in minutes. The VRBO was cleaned immaculately and had all we needed for our 3 night stay. We had a minor hiccup with the pool key but the Host responded immediately and drove a key over. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown Scottsdale where there were a bunch of restaurants. The reason for three stars is the communication with the property manager through the app was horrible and disappointing. A few days before arrival I was sent the address and a parking spot number, but no condo number. Early on the day we checked in I messaged confirming if the parking spot number and condo number corresponded. I heard nothing for over 24 hours, which is ridiculous. After two days in the condo we ran out of toilet paper. There was no additional toilet paper and when I messaged the host they responded to my first message about the condo number and ignored my toilet paper question. I sent a follow up message and the response was my cleaning lady puts it under the cabinet. We ended up having to purchase our own, which when I’m staying somewhere and on the list of items it says it on there I expect there to be a stock of it and not have to purchase my own. I also messaged about checkout procedures as I never received anything ever.
