Loved the location! If we needed to get anywhere was only a 15 min walk or $5-$10 Lyft/Waymo Loved our own secluded area of the place as well with the hot tub in the evenings

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The location, clean room, courtyard, room layout

Wish it had softer pillows.

Very thoughtful "adds" in the room: tea and sugar, laundry detergent, spice rack, Q-tips and cotton swabs. Anticipate your needs during your stay. They were very friendly when I reached out with needs or concerns. Quick responses.

My unit had a hot water issue that they tried to solve, but was not resolved during my stay. They did send a plumber out, but I guess the issue was larger than he anticipated. I am staying in another unit now, and have very hot water, so this is a specific unit issue.

Communication was quick, Vince always answered promptly. The website that contains all the information on ammenities, location, WiFi, etc was super useful. I was given a code to enter the suites and worked great! Location was super convenient for the event I was attending. For a quick 1 or 2 days stay, it is okay.

The place was not as clean as I expected, the floors hadn’t been swept before our arrival. We didn’t cook there, but we brought some takeout, and it was uncomfortable to eat inside since there was only a small side table and no chairs (perhaps the intention is to eat outside in the common area?). The biggest issue for me was the complete lack of willingness to accommodate anything. If you’re in the hospitality business, there should be a genuine effort to assist guests and meet reasonable requests. I asked for a late checkout (around noon or 1 p.m.), but was told no, fine, I understand the need to prepare for incoming guests. Then I asked if I could store my luggage until after my event that morning; again, I was told there was no space available. Okay, I understand. Finally, since I couldn’t do a late checkout or store my bags, I asked if I could leave my car parked there until about 11 a.m. or noon. Once more, the answer was no. The explanation was that parking is for guests, which I understand, but checkout is at 10 a.m. and check-in isn’t until 3 p.m. The lot was practically empty, and I had literally just stayed there! Overall, I left disappointed.
