Coffee machine was a great bonus! It was nice and tidy with basic furnishings. Bathroom was nice.
They even had tooth picks under the sink in the bathroom, very nice!
Shower curtain doesn't hold water well. A glass door will save you money in repairs over the long run. A couple of tub moldings will stop the water damage at the baseboard. Walls are scuffed throughout, needs some paint.

There was no breakfast, but a fridge and microwave, which I didn't use, because breakfast was available at my conference. It was great that the apartment had a small balcony.
Unfortunately there was a noisy neighbour upstairs, but it only woke me up once a night.

Location was great and the room was very clean.
The A/C was not working and although I made numerous inquiries, it was never addressed. The room was hot, couldn’t open the door because of barking dogs downstairs.

Great location, nice style to the room.
More AirBnb-ish than I imagined. 3rd party face scanning etc. seemed oppressI’ve. Upkeep was not 100%.
Host has attempted to charge for a sheet that was left used for 3 days. Only evidence is a picture before it was washed.
