一進去有聞到一股霉味 衣櫃裡面的被子跟毛巾也有霉味 開了空氣清新機之後好一點 我們6人家庭住 打開行李之後空間比較少 客廳跟廁所在樓下 兩間睡房在樓上 要走樓梯 比較陡峭 帶小孩跟老人很不方便 但年輕人住就無妨 路非常窄 7人車勉強剛好經過 但距離停車場很近 車技不好要考慮清楚

What I have to praise is the location, the accommodation is really a few steps from the train station, plus there are 2 more metro stations within about 1 km. The kitchen is well equipped, and what I have to praise is the bathroom, I would say it is more spacious than usual in Japan. Sleeping on futons was absolutely fine for the children, and the adults slept on beds, so we were completely satisfied. There is also a combini a short distance from the train station, so you can buy breakfast or dinner on the way.

The disadvantage of being close to the train is the noise, the trains are quite loud, so if you need silence at night, you might have a problem. The second thing to consider, which is common to many houses and apartments in Japan, is the relative cold. Especially on the ground floor, when it got cold outside at night, even the air conditioning turned on in heating mode did not heat the ground floor to more than 20 °C. The advantage is that the bathroom has its own heating, so it's comfortable. However, it was pleasantly warm on the floor where you sleep. And finally, take into account that the stairs to the floor are narrow and steep, if you have to go to the bathroom at night, it is more difficult.
