部屋が広い。ベッドが多い。キッチン用品が揃っていた(鍋可能)。中板橋駅から徒歩10分。コンビニ、スーパーも近い。
12月末に宿泊。暖房を付けても1Fの部屋があまり暖まらず、常に上着を着ていた。和室の扉が無い。脱衣所が無かった。トイレの便座が冷たくウォシュレットも無い。寝室のライトが低い。

ベットルームはとてもよかった
一階のエアコンがまったく効果がなく終始寒かった エアコン汚れすぎていて身体にわるそう 時計電池なく止まっていた テレビにHDMI端子があればなおよかった 階段や風呂場に簡単なカーテンでもあればよかった
