Bright Modern Airbnb in Tokyo's Northern District

Proche de la gare (une dizaine de minutes à pied), très proche d'un 7-Eleven (2 minutes à pied) et quartier très calme. Pour faire les courses il y a un OK store à 20 minutes à pied. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et climatise bien toutes les pièces. La machine à laver est très simple d'utilisation. L'hôte est très gentil et répond rapidement.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées donc on entend un peu quand il y a du bruit dehors. De plus elles ne disposent pas de volets donc le soleil s'infiltre facilement malgré les rideaux. Les couettes sont un petit peu courtes pour les personnes de très grande taille.

The property was a decent size for two/three people. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the air conditioning and heating was great. It was in a really peaceful and lovely area with quiet streets and beautiful homes to look at. Walking through the area at night felt very comfortable as you would see elderly people walking alone as well, so it’s quite safe. The apartment rooms were good sizes, one had two double beds and more room in it whereas the other just one double bed. The little dining area with a tv was good for allowing us to come together as a group and chill. There are multiple stations nearby with the closest about 15min walk away. The walk is a nice way of seeing the area around which we loved, plus we were able to find nice local restaurants because of walking to the station.

the only thing that would have been nice is if it had a lift to help take our luggage to the top floor, but it wasn’t too hard carrying it up the stairs

在日本东京来说，同等价格面积很大性价比非常高，可以入住三人。设施齐全电视机厨房冰箱洗衣机等等都有，干净整洁和全新的一样，入住体验非常棒，周围有两家商超，生活用品购买便捷，（顺便一提附近肉店的炸物非常好吃(๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑)价格实惠），到就近地铁站十多分钟，去东京著名景点也很方便，下次旅行还会带家人入住。

可能是个人习惯，枕头和床垫都软了些，睡的有些不舒服

The location was very quiet. The neighborhood was good. The room was clean, very well furnished and supplied. Communication with the host was perfect. The stay was VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY NICE !!

Temperature of the kitchen water was a bit hard to control (easily gets too hot). The microwave power seemed a little weaker than usual. BUT these are VERY MINOR problems. The room was indeed GREAT on the whole.
