지하철이 두 개나 가까이 있어(15분 내외) 도쿄 중심부로 가기가 편리. 지하철 소음 없음.
화장실이 비좁은 편이나 있을건 다 있는 압축형.

エッセンシャルのシャンプー、リンスだった。ボディソープがあった。布団がベッドのようなものなため、敷物でも快適に過ごせる。キッチンにレンジ、冷蔵庫、ポットがある。
駐車場が無料じゃない。普通にパーキングを紹介してくれるが、最大1500円で15分220円アップ方式。もし車を持ってる人なら損をする可能性がある。
