Private 5 bedroom Private Beach Haven with Starlink & Panoramic Views

The views from the rooms,the amount of bathrooms,easy access,plenty of deck area.

Umm I guess the only thing thats not a major was no can opener.

Nice view,big garden,secret beach .large living room,clean kitchen with good quality equipment ，kindly staff.

No coffee or tea,outdoor furniture and BBQ tools not ready ,a little bit far from the town but 15 minutes by car .

The amazing view and how private and spacious the house was and the location (close to the town centre and shopping facilities). A lot of plugs which were great and great sound system provided. Plenty of storage and comfy beds already made. House was nice and clean when we arrived. Fresh towels readily available and bathmats etc. as well as fresh linen. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you needed including shampoo and conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and the shower pressure was great. Lovely manicured lawns and garden well looked after which is amazing as the property has so many trees and plants (it really is a beautiful home). The kids love the massive bean bags. The kitchen is great with everything you need and there are board games for the kids. Love the wooden seats through the bush walk and down the back of the property as it is a bit of a hike back to the house. Hosts were lovely to deal with, and nothing was a hassle.

No dryer, the gate did not lock (I think the code given was incorrect), no house manual so no wifi password on the first night or instructions on how to use the oven but we managed to sort. Hosts are in America so communication took a little bit longer. No blinds or curtains for the large sliding door of the room used as a fifth bedroom (study). Nothing to block out the sun when watching the news in the morning on the TV in the lounge (maybe another TV could be placed in one of the rooms with curtains), There were many large parcels at the front door blocking the shoe cabinet so we could not use it. In the room with the single beds, the floor dips down when you walk over it near the shelves, so you feel like you are going to fall through. Dirty washing was left in the washing area including jockeys left on the ground by the cupboard which was a little off-putting. There is no swimming pool but a private beach which was lovely, but it is a bit of a mission to get to the rocky beach if you are taking a paddleboard or canoes as you walk through the windy bush. Could do with a spa pool or something similar. No blue rubbish bags provided (we were able to leave our last rubbish bag in the garage for the cleaner to get rid of though). The hot water runs out quickly, especially if you are staying with 3 or more people. The microwave, oven and trays could do with a clean before renting out the property. Needs a proper lounge suite. One fan in the lounge (roof - above the large bean bags) is a bit unsafe as it looks like it is going to detach from the wall when you turn it on, so we never used it. Very slippery deck when wet. Could do with an outdoor table as there was none (there was an outdoor table pictured in the listing). However, I did see a few boxes and items in the garage, so I think the house is slowly being upgraded.
