worse score because too many things i didn't like and i didn't get compensation for my discomfort

big screen tv but i was only able to watch that tv with my own antenna i just don't understand yyyyyyyyy many many landlords think that antenna isn't important ????????

from the start i didn't like my code half an hour late making me worry about being homeless isn't acceptable and misleading information about property size 80++ meters also shouldn't be acceptable when the property was 4 times !!!! 4 times !!! 4 times !!!! 4 times smaller !!!! just for that alone and nothing else i would ban them from booking.com website if i was working for booking.com !!!! freezer was full of ice it took me 24 hours to defrost it // if if i would move in with food it would spoil i don't think that should be acceptable !!!! too many narrow steep stairs it was almost almost impossible impossible to carry my bike up that is yyyyyyyyyy i never cycled in 35 days !!!! and if u are a bigger person it would be almost almost impossible impossible to fit in that extremely extremely small shower !!!! and porno access blocked but u can access porno with VPN but most most population wouldn't know that !!!! and obvious obvious violation of privacy everywhere everywhere !!!!! and if i was able to prove that they were responsible for my fatigue and burning i would sue them for %100% of the property but i'm unable to prove that so no no law suit this time !!!!!!!!

Would not use booking.com ever again after how we was treated

We got told after I made a £186 payment that I then had to pay a further £500 deposit biggest scam I have seen! Have you seen the state of the property

Absolutely NOTHING!!!!

The place was dirty, had to deep clean and buy my own cleaning supplies for that, had to buy a new kettle and a mop as the one they provided was OLD AND DIRTY! Came here late and the code they gave us wasn’t working, had to stay in our vehicle with our baby nearly the whole night. They asked for £500 deposit which we transferred and then they accused us of not paying in full which we did (we provided the proof), at the end of all they didn’t even send the right deposit back AND charged me more money!!! The place was dirty and cold had a lot of dust!! DO NOT recommend it especially if you’re going with kids!! The smell of the place was awful too had to buy sprays and candles to get rid of it. Trying to get in touch with them about extra money being taken out but no reply! Wish I could give 0 stars😞

I have attached photos i don’t know how booking.com let this property advertised or gave them license i will report this

Property had damp and mould ceilings broken. Full of dust and webs i have sent photos to booking.com but sadly they didn’t help me with my booking.

No cleaning, full of mould which doesn’t meet safety standards i will definitely not recommend this property to stay especially with children. Property had damp poor conditions and property still holding my deposit money.

كان السكن تجربة رائعة ارغب في تكرارها مجددا

الموقع ممتاز جدا قي قلب الأسواق والمطاعم والكافيهات .. وسائل النقل مثل الباصات وأوبر متوفرة بكثرة بالإضافة لحديقة sparkhill الرائعة.

لم يعجني عدم وجود شطاف في حمام الشقة وموضوع طلب مبلغ التأمين على الشقة في وقت حرج والزبون واقف على باب المنزل لا يستطيع الدخول لانه لا يملك حساب في بنوك بريطانيا لذلك لا يستطيع الدفع .. اتمنى من الإدارة ان تطلب من الزبون قيمة التأمين على الشقة مقدما مع قيمة استئجار الشقة.
