Te Konaku, Komani Lake

The view on the lake was amazing. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. We have booked to return in one month.

If umbrellas.could be added to shade from the sun, would be a good addition.

The location was unique and very beautiful. Having a boat pick you up and take you to Te Konaku while seeing the breathtaking views was nice. Communication with the host was easy and effortless. They provide a minibus from/to Shkoder or Tirana which makes getting there even easier. At the property you can relax at the beach area or even attempt a hike which rewards you with more once in a life views. The host was very friendly and would answer any queries we had throughout our stay. At the end of dinner the staff turned off all the lights on the property in order to see the stars and there are no words to explain it except you have to try yourself. I would have stayed longer if there was availability hence I would be definitely going again.

The reviews are correct, you can hear the people above you *completely*. Also getting there was hectic - the transfer from the parking to the ferry port was poorly managed and our boat left without us even though we arrived quite early to the parking. Not entirely their fault, but for the price we paid… We had also seen a handful of reviews about food poisoning so we brought most of our own food and avoided fish/meat at dinner which was a shame, but we decided better safe than sorry. It seems that electricity goes out frequently around the lake…
