צוות מסביר פנים ועושה כל שביכולתו לסייע. חדרים יפים נקיים מרווחים מתקנים מעולים. הכל חדש ומתוחזק, חניה נוחה מתחת לבנין
הגישה למלון קשה עד בלתי אפרית. אין שילוט מהרחוב, וההתנהלות במציאת המקום, הקבלה והחדרים מסורבלת מאוד..מצאנו את דרכנו לגמרי במקרה. לא סביר.

The hotel is a bit hidden inside a building, but once you get in, it is very well maintained, the room is great, parking very easy and the staff was outstanding and very accommodating!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer war super ausgestattet.
Die Klimaanlagen aller Zimmer sind miteinander verbunden, dadurch kann man an der Temperatur leider nicht so viel ändern.
Leider findet man das Hotel beim ersten Mal recht schwer, da von außen kein Hotelname zu finden ist.
