Location, comfort, helpfulness and kindness of staff and management. Nice rooms with large tv, excellent view with large windows, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Good reataurant too. Could be a 10 but they dont take any care with forgoten things.
If you forget something in the room when checking out, its very possible to disapear.
We forgot one jacket in wardrove and ho back for it at same day evening.
In my opin8on, in this level place should take more care about loosed things
