Staying at Kultura Hostel was an unforgettable experience. The space has a creative, artsy feel that makes it stand out from typical hostels. It’s beautifully decorated, super clean, and has a calm energy that makes it easy to unwind. The staff were more like friends than employees, always ready to help, chat, or just sit around with a coffee. I met amazing people here and felt part of a small community. It’s not just a place to sleep, it’s a place to connect, reflect, and enjoy Shkoder at your own pace.

Staying at Kultura Hostel was a genuinely memorable part of my time in Shkoder. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and effortlessly social. It’s the kind of place where conversations with other travelers happen naturally, whether you’re in the common area or just hanging out in the outdoor garden space.
The location is great, close enough to walk to everything you need, but just tucked away enough to feel peaceful. What really stood out, though, were the hosts. Xhuljo and Aldo were incredible, super friendly, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. They didn’t just go through the motions; they made an effort to connect with guests and create a welcoming environment.
The facilities were clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and enough space to feel at ease. I’d absolutely recommend Kultura to anyone looking for a place with good vibes, great people, and an overall unforgettable experience in Shkoder.

Wifi was VERY fast.
Awful location....it is above a bar and there was loud music from outside on the street until late at night.
This is more of a bar/restaurant than it is a hostel and it shows in how the place is run.
