It is in the very Center of Shkodra. Has its own free big parking area for Hotel guests. 24h reception. Simple but good breakfast included. Seems like an old building but good renovated, but also a cultural relic from the past century, which makes the stay really good and attractive.
Some other Hotels in that are have SPA in similar prices, but Rozafa Hotel does not have SPA.
