I got an upgrade to a suite without extra payment. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very professional and welcoming. We had better rooms than expected and it was everything very clean. Best location, easy to walk everywhere around the city.

location great and we could park tthe car which was the main reason for choosing it.
we were upgraded to a suite - which was very pleasant.
as mentioned slight smell of stale smoke in public areas.
TV in room linked to Netflix and Amazon but no English speaking stations - CNN and BBC we re nt available - and the news was pretty turbulent so keen to keep up.
coffee machine in room - but no kettle for tea
breakfast didn’t happen. we went to the dining room - no one else there at all - no staff or food. we asked and someone came and offered us a small menu with meat cheese omelette etc. no cereal fruit or pastry so we declined ( even tho included in our room price) and went out to a local cafe ( called cliché - lovely staff and breakfast).
stair carpets were loose and potentially dangerous
