Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well.
The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large!
Location was convenient for walking everywhere
Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel

The caveats: there is safe parking nearby, but it’s not €5. It’s €12 for 24 hours, which is reasonable. Everything except the castle is within an easy walk. Air conditioned room with a fridge. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff is not at the desk often, but just call or WhatsApp and they respond immediately.
