The only thing I personally didn’t like were the toilet and shower room doors

Staff was very friendly, location is excelllent but can get loud until about 11:30 pm. Easy access to most things in Shkoder. I’d recommend to others but stay out late to avoid the noise from the street.
The noise from the street that persisted until close to midnight.
