Garbage

The location is okay: it's outside the city centre, but extremely close to the Tramway. You can take the T2 line, go to La Defense, from there take the metro and go wherever; it's relatively fast. Everything else was awful.

It was a mess from the beginning to the end. They asked to contact them on a number, but they didn't answer any phone calls or messages when I tried to reach them, so I had to wait outside for 30 minutes. I tried then to call again, they answered, so I got in. Once inside, the structure was extremely dirty; I already travelled in hostels or dormitories, but this was just worse than previous experience. My bed linen even had a stain on it, the floor was always dirty. The host looked like he just woke up from a nap, didn't do any kind of check in procedure, didn't even tell me how to open, gave me keys or anything. Again, maybe it's the norm, I just didn't experience this in other backpacking trips. he didn't give me any key, I had to ring every time (once it took 5 minutes to get inside because he didn't open the ground floor door), and we had a "curfew" at midnight; after that, all closed. I didn't have the possibility to check any review, cause on the app they were hidden. I'm sure I'm not the first to report such a bad experience, and it would be very appropriate to share these comments with other travellers.

je nai meme pas pu dormir dans la chambre commune

booking nest pas du tout bien .. l'auberge est dans un HLM ou sont entassé des hommes dans une indignité totale ..on dirait la période d'esclavage ou on entassait les noirs dans des bateaux pour les vendre.. moi je suis une femme et on me dit de dormir dans une chambre avec que des hommes entassés.. j'imagine quon pouvais me violer .. l'auberge héberge des sans papiers .. cest horrible de la part de booking .. jetais obligé d'aller a hôtel formule 1 booking est une honte

Je répète je ne suis entré dans ce Bordel

Je ne suis pas resté dans cette poubelle, pour moi c'est un vol organisé, les descriptions de cette escroquerie n'est pas du tout la même par rapport au réelle,c'est dégueulasse, je ne suis même pas entré dans ce taudis pour être respectueux, je demande d'aller faire un tour dans ce bordel, vous comprendrez rapidement ma plainte ! Alors je vous demande rapidement le remboursement de mon ARGENT parceque du vol une fois de plus organisé ! Parlant géographiquement, sur cette annonce de mer.. c'est marquer PARIS LA DÉFENSE et pourtant c'est Bezon,qui n'est même pas approximité de la défense, ni de Paris. Alors je vous demande à nouveau de faire une descente sur place vous allez comprendre, pour quoi je réagis ainsi. J'attends mon remboursement. Très cordialement
