A disgusting barely cared for place that should be shut down due to health and safety issues.

I can't think of anything that was positive about this location. I believe it should be avoided at all costs.

There was no one at the desk. An employee walked past without saying anything, but I had no idea it was an employee. When we finally met the receptionist she was bundled up because clearly the heat wasn't on in the building. The room was frozen as they only turned the heat on in the room AFTER we arrived which didn't help since the windows were open in below freezing temperatures. There were MANY windows open on the building. Even after the windows were closed we could still feel the wind, because the seals on the windows were clearly gone. There were alarms and other loud noises all night in the industrial area. There was visible MOLD and ice on the inside walls, and the bathroom was so cold that going in there caused shivering. The "furniture" was also clearly handmade by a 10 year old. The interior hallway to the building is also not heated at all and caused the stay to take many hours until we could even take our coats off. The receptionist was useless and told us the window wasn't open, so essentially I am a liar. Not a good way to treat people paying to stay in your business.

very cost effective and not far from CDG Airport. We will definitely stay again.

Bear in mind this hotel is geared up for commercial drivers etc and no restaurant. For us, that did not matter but may put a few people off.

Great affordable stay outside of Paris

We were two females in our late 20's and felt safe and comfortable here. Staff were very helpful upon arrival and spoke English, the shower in the room had amazing water pressure and the entire apartment was generally clean and tidy. Extra blankets were provided and the room had a smart TV which connected us to streaming services during our stay. There are cooking facilities in the room which is separated with a wardrobe, making great use of the space. There is a fridge in the room also (note that this can be noisy, but perhaps unplugging it at night is possible). There are two bus routes from the train station to the end of the road, or it's a 20 mim walk. It's 40 mins into Paris

The blinds were a little dusty. There is no direct train to Beauvais Airport from this location (but a taxi app is available), so be aware of this when booking.

Great value for a night's stay.

Very friendly, helpfull and attentive manager. Easy check-in. Breakfast was provided, although we weren't charged for it nor had requested it. Near supermarkets. Very quiet overnight. Perfect location for our last night in France on the way to the airport, after a 8 week trip.

Wif was very poor in the room and worked only properly in the reception area. The television in the room didn't workat all, as it wasn't connected.

Would stay here again!!

Manuel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. While it is definitely not the sheraton hotel, it is very clean and the staff was wonderful! My family felt very safe and cared for. A staff member took us out for dinner one night and offered to let us grill and use the barbecue pits outside for barbecue. I will definitely stay here again with my wife and 3 children.

The rooms have no noise isolation, this means you hear everything the neighbors do, not always pleasant. The room is not as spacious as portrayed in the pictures. My room was cramped and the exhaust system poor - every time you shower the room feels like a sauna.

We have been pénalised to travel to paris city centre and excess prices have been charged for transport specially during the famous "la greve" the hotel couldnt help us apart from indicating us bus route...due to this problem we could not be refunded to move to a more accessible place...persan is calm and clean but nothing there...its industrial zone...without train we could not travel a lot as high prices have been charged...we spent most our time in hotel than enjoying outside... kids havent enjoyed christmas/New year Eve also a normal day...disturbed by strangers staying there...we walked kilomètres for nothing...no attraction....we even been "arnaque" by a famous person pretending to be a guide staying at the hotel.. indication on map stated that nearness to so many interesting places in France but no transport facility from persan...its seems to be excluded from common.and tourist life...We spent 100Euro only from paris charles de gaulles aeroport to Persan and same amount to go back as its an excluded area...transport 150 Euro to Tour Eiffel and 200 euros to Marne la vallee and other...because persan is not an accessible place.

Les murs épais comme des feuilles. Du bruit, des hurlements et autres jusqu'à 1h du matin. Les wc sales et pas de papier toilette. Le bruit périodique et insupportable du frigo. Le sol de la chambre a certainement été "nettoyé" le mois dernier. Il ne doit pas y avoir de balai non plus.

Rien comparé à la 1e fois (grande chambre)

Tout : odeur insupportable dans le studio (souffre), vétusté de la SDB (trace de moisissures dans la douche), trace d'humidité près des fenêtres (1 seule s'ouvrait sur les 2), pleinte défaite dans la cuisine, des voisins s'embrouillent régulièrement le soir dans le couloir, bruit de souris qui grattent entre les murs.

A éviter à tout prix

les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité: le logement est sale, la salle de bain est minuscule : sur les wc il n'y a pas la place de mettre les jambes car le mur est en face. Au lieu d'un lavabo c'est un lave main . La cuisine n'est pas propre : ni sur la hotte, ni sur le sol. Il y a en tout et pour tout 2 verres, 2 tasses , 2 fourchettes, 2 couteaux .. très peu d'ustensile (casserole et autres), les plaques sont des plaques électriques d'il y a 15 ans. Pour le frigo la porte d'ouverture est montée à l'envers. Les fenetres étaient occultés par un store et on ne pouvait que l'entrebailler faiblement. Aucun isolation phonique et thermique. A fuir !! Enfin aucun contact possible avec le propriétaire, j'attends toujours ma facture : de toutes facons les logements sont insalubres : il s'agit de bureau qui ont été transformé en cage en lapin

Cloison pas insonorisé et elle bouge quand la personne d'a coté tape dedans deux fois réveillé par l'larme les clients ne sont pas sérieux c'es un etablissement non fumeur.Personnel de l'accueil tres sympathique entrée de l'hotel propre dans l'ensemble pour le prix c'est bien pour un court séjour

Nous avons aimés l'accueil de Imane Hafssa. Elles ont fait tout leurs possible pour qu'on soit au mieux.

Pedant deux jours pas d’eau chaude ! Chambre pas propre Matelas dechiré et taches Pieds du sommier pas fixés et un de cassé Robinet coincé par le calcaire Fuite du frigo Pas de materiel pour cuisiner, équipée de deux verres et deux assiettes. Douche et lavabo bouchés obligés de couper l’eau pour pas que ça déborde. "En gros un désastre total"

La cuisine commune était pratiquement dépourvue de tout ! Il y avait à peine trois assiettes pour toutes les chambres, deux tasses, une grande casserole, une moyenne et une seule poêle. Étant athlète de combat, j'ai besoin d'une alimentation saine et équilibrée ! Idéalement, la cuisine devrait au moins être à moitié équipée !

L'hôtel est parfait, situé à petites distances de Paris Nord, il offre accessibilité et tranquanlité

Nous avons bénéficiez de la courtoisie et de la courtoisie du personnel, qui nous a placé dans une chambre avec cuisine intégrée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la proximité du bus, juste devant l'hôtel, qui nous a permis de faire facilement nos achats et nous rendre aisément au centre-ville, nous rendre à Paris et rentrer sans encombre.

La présence du personnel. Car, il nous a fallu tout demander, papier toilette, serpillière, changement de draps et des serviettes. Leur indisponibilité nous a contraint de rester longtemps à l'hôtel sans parapluie, car il a fortement plu pendant notre séjour, alors que le personnel pouvait nous en prêter un, le temps de prendre le bus. Le manque d'abri couvert a l'extérieur, où il est possible de s'asseoir et prendre une cigarette, pendant qu'il pleut.
