Need to improve hygiene conditions

It was a low-cost accommodation, so I did not expect much in terms of location and other amenities, but cleanliness needs a lot of work. There was a bad smell starting from the gate all the way to inside the room, and it only got worse with time, making sleep very difficult. The bathroom was in an extremely bad state, which I did not use even once, and I had to rely on the facilities at my workplace. The bedsheets and pillowcase had dark brown spots on them, and I did not want to guess what they were. I may just be unlucky with the bed and roommates I got, but I hope the facility works on improving the hygiene conditions.

Le sticte essentiel pour le prix

Le propriétaire comme le personnel sont serviable et à l'écoute. Il y a un effort pour que les clients aient le nécessaire.

Les locaux ont besoin d'un rafraîchissment, voir de travaux. Même si l'on voit que le ménage est fait, l'usure peut mettre le doute. Il y a des draps mais pas toujours de couvertures.

les gens n’ont pas respecté la zone non fumeur, odeur de cigarette, au dessus de mon lit dans un coin du mur il y’avait des ordures, suite à l’odeur j’ai dû écourter ma nuit

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hostel President Wilson. L’accueil était chaleureux, l’équipe disponible et toujours souriante. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables, et l’ambiance dans l’établissement est conviviale. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux le matin, ainsi que le bon rapport qualité/prix. L’hostel est calme, parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande vivement pour les voyageurs à petit budget qui cherchent un lieu fonctionnel et bien tenu à Saint-Denis.

Rajouter un espace commun avec des canapés pour se detendre.

Un grand merci

Le gérant est vraiment adorable et sympathique. Il est à l'écoute et n'hésite pas à venir informer des moindres changements. C'était notre première fois en dortoir et nous ne sommes pas déçu. C'est un lieu en travaux et pourtant j'ai passée deux nuits très agréables. Et je reviendrais la prochaine fois que j'aurais un concert au stade de France. Un grand merci à lui.

Petit problème d'eau chaude mais il a été réglé. Et peut être mettre à disposition plus de papier toilette. Mais sinon rien d'autre !
