Disappointing

For this kind of hotel, I would have expected it to be way cheaper for what they have to offer. 40€/ night is way too much for their facilities. you can get a lot better hotel rooms ( with private toilets and showers in your room) for the same price. you get no towels of course and breakfast is not included. The walls are so thin, the neighbours feel like they are in your room.

Very unsafe experience

Nothing, the place is not safe.

Bit of a dodgy place, lots of illegal activity going on, and shady characters. I couldn't lock my door from the inside (it was like a code but the staff could come in) and someone was trying my door in the night, so I slept very lightly and went away as soon it was light, didn't had the breakfast.

It was very cheap. Therefore, we did not have high expectations, but even then it was very disappointing. The parking is gated, though a bit small. (We were lucky to find one car leaving as we arrived, otherwise we would not be able to park.)

Cleanliness: There was a large spill of something sticky in the main staircase from ground floor to 1st. In our room, the floor was also sticky. There was a sink in our room, but it drained VERY slowly. There were toilets two places (maybe more) in our floor, but only one of those locations had a sink to wash your hands. During the evening, the lock to one of our two rooms stopped working for no apparent reason, so the door could not be opened from the outside by guests. The receptionist claimed it was no problem, because we could just get him from the reception when we need to get in, but eventually he agreed to call someone to fix it. Of course, no-one came.

We didn’t stay , we walked in , saw the shared toilets , the psychedelic paint and left
