Location as was great distance from train station

I was told that my payment hadn’t gone through when I was checking out, but on my arrival and checking in, I was given a receipt for confirmation that my payment was successful. I checked my bank and it had gone through. So this comment was very strange. Also there was no working heating in the room, so it was quite cold.

The rooms were clean ,fresh and smell good .The male receptionist The day I checked in was so polite and professional towards the client.

The free parking and the all the personnel is very friendly and professional.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of renovation. The bathroom needs to be renovated especially the toilet. There is absolutely no AC. The room was super hot and when I brought it up to the receptionist he said nothing could be done because it’s central. I guess they’re saving on electricity bill. The heat was awfull to the point I had to by a fan.

The location is easily to reach and was perfectly situated for my business. Staff is frindly and supportive, the general areas of the Hotel nice and spaceous.

Better than expected and close to pretty park.

The hotel room was comfortable and good value and the lobby/bar space pleasant and bright. I appreciated the fun and colorful Halloween decorations and proximity to the very pleasant park and lake a few minutes away. The walk to RER not as far as imagined. The breakfast was better than expected too.

Was clean and room was comparatively big then french rooms.

They putted something on two beds to make it one but it was not comfortable and got pressed in the middle.. lot of noise from corridor and other rooms.. but i stayed for one night so it os okay.. no soap in bathroom.

- they put us in a really bad quality room. the sofa had a stain, the floor was sticky and the room was super cramped and had a weird smell -the price wasn’t worth the room
