It’s functional if you have to be in the area.

Breakfast is ok. Rooms are quiet. Staff are good.

Rooms dated and grubby. Much too hot and can’t turn heat down. Horrible industrial area. Bath tub was broken couldn’t use the bath.

Decor in reception was okay

The water was unclean. The phone did not work in the room. Mainly it was not clear that there would be no water between 11am and 6pm.

Really disappointed with our stay here. It's a functioning hotel during the week, a bnb on weekends

The ground level amenities were impressive so on first glance, the hotel looked like a great choice. the bed was comfortable

We had to move room initially as the bed linen was dirty as was the furnishings of the room. The water pressure is abysmal, you have to climb over the toilet to close the door to the W/C, very poorly designed. Overall cleanliness of the second room wasn't great but after a very long drive we just wanted to lay our heads down so we wiped the bathroom and surfaces down. We knew there wasn't a/c but there wasn't even a ventilation system or fans on a 30+ degree weekend. The restaurant and bar closed earlier than expected and as a race team competing in endurance races we were shocked to not be able to get food and drink after 10pm, so we ordered an uber, but whilst sat outside the night staff started turning off lights and we felt unwelcomed to sit on the patio. The description of the room was incorrect, we weren't staying in an apartment with a kitchen and wash facilities, it was a double room with a shared kitchen for the entire floor of rooms.

You get what you pay for!

The property was close to a wedding that we were attending. Also it’s right on a main roundabout which is great and easy to find. I found the reception staff in particular to be amazing and very attentive to our needs and questions. Also special mention to the young guy with the curly Afro, he helped answer a lot of my questions.

There is no standard iron in each room as you’d find in most hotels, also during our first morning there were no eggs and the coffee/hot drinks machine was not working correctly. When I inquired with the kitchen staff about this they simply just said they had no more eggs, despite the fact they could have made a fresh batch.

Disappointed, wont stray there anymore.

Reception staff nice polite and very helpful. Rooms ok, but drain in shower and sink blocked, water doesn't go down and creates a bit of flood situation in the bathroom.

Not first time staying. Breakfast - egg soggy wet made from powder, not real egg, would not give it to pigs. Gym - not sure why hotel claims that they have a gym? One treadmill and one stationary bicycle is not a gym! Rooms don't have air-conditioning, Hotel claims that they do but actually they don't, you can only turn up heating not cool down your room, room temperature is too hot to have good night sleep, if you keep window open is too loud and still too hot. 1 iron and board across the whole hotel. No iron in the room, if I need iron and board, I need do go down from 4th floor to get one if available and than i need to bring it back down. Been stating in this hotel for past 2 month so restaurant and bar staff kind of know me and my colleagues, we always been polite and respectful as you do. Since day one restaurant staff just lazy and rude and not willing to serve you if you don't speak fluent French, normally i would not say anything bad about specific people but we waited 40 minutes for at least one of the waiters to approach our table but out of 4 waiters no one approached our table. Therefore i got up to approach waiters to ask if we can be served, as I was approaching them they started walking away, I ended up following them across all restaurant to speak to on of them. I asked politely if one of them could come around our table to take an food order, they replied yes my colleague will come. Bar and restaurant was empty 4 waiters standing and laughing and none of them approached us for another 20 minutes until i got up second time to ask if there is a problem serving our table? or should we leave? After this someone come to serve us, we wasted one hour waiting, steak was cooked wrong, omelette and roasted chicken was warmed up in microwave.

A classic, comfortable business hotel

It's a classic business hotel. Newer rooms are modern and comfortable. Older rooms on the upper floors are basic. The restaurant is good and they offer a fast and friendly service. The bar is enjoyable too.

The rooms on the upper floors are in desperate need of a renovation. The surroundings would be nice to walk in, but the area is said not to be very safe at night.

Overall this is an acceptable Hotel, rooms are OK, services are overall fine. Compared to international standards, considering the age of the structure and the missing maintenance visible on several parts, this would be a three stars hotel far from being a four stars.

The reception desk doesn't exist, the overall condition of the structure, there's not even a bottle of water in the room. Question raised at the reception was: "is it faster with Uber or Taxi to get the airport friday morning?" had no answer.

Not worth the 4* rating

No air-conditioning in a supposedly 4* hotel while it's 33c outside is something you don't expect nor want. We had a room on the south side with all day sun and it was impossible to sleep. Besides that the toilet had a terrible smell. Nothing more than budget this one and avoid if you can.
