Disaster. We got to the property. No code, nobody to help us, no phone, no answer to email. Far from everywhere. If a kind guest wouldn't have helped us, we would sleep outdoors. Never again

I booked two nights at this residence.
After booking, I sent an email to the residence asking for check in instructions, but never received an answer. The following day, the day of my flight to Paris, I called the residence and left a voice mail message about the access codes to get in. I did not get any reply either. I flew to Paris and arrived at the residence just after 11 PM with no access codes. This residence is in the southern suburbs of Paris far from the town centre, train station, bus stops, and there are no hotels in the area. It was cold and I was very worried. 15 min later, I was lucky to meet a long term tenant who helped me contact the residence to get le the access codes for me. The manager of the residence was rude on the phone, denied I sent him an email and left him a voicemail message requesting the access codes. Normally, the access codes must be sent to the customer just after the booking is confirmed. Anyway, he got rid of me, pretending he had other phone calls to answer, and sent the access codes by SMS to the person who helped me. On top of that, the meagre breakfast (2 capsules of coffee, 2 tea bags, 2 tiny madeleines and 4 sugars) were not provided on the second morning. To cut the long story short, I had a very bad experience and as a result would not recommend this residence as well as other residences managed by this unscrupulous manager. I logged a complaint with Agoda customer service and am awaiting their final response.
