I can recommend this for everyone, great value for price.
The host is very kind, attentive, and fluent in English. I ended up at the wrong building, and he personally picked me up one minute later. The place is a large flat with 5 (or so) guest rooms, shared kitchen with plenty of equipment, toilet, shower, and even an additional full-on bathroom with bathtub and everything. All shared facilities were perfectly clean at all times. Supermarkets, McDonald's, and the Évry courcouronnes trains station can be reached by foot. Value-for-price is great! I felt welcome and safe during my stay. I can recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable stay in the Paris region.
Nothing negative to report. Obviously, travelers should be aware that they're a bit outside the city. It's not the most noble neighborhood of course, but didn't seem dangerous or problematic to me.

Le logement est trop bruyant, les arrivées et départ sont subis par tous. Aucune décoration, des murs blancs et du coup tachés de façon visible. Aucune "vie" dans cet appartement. Dommage, un nettoyage un eu plus dans les détails, le personnel a t-il assez de temps ? un peu de déco, à trouver en ressourcerie à pas cher. Une meilleur isolation phonique des cloisons. Et un lit un peu plus large (10cm) pour réellement faire dormir les plus grands.

●Destul de curat. ●Raport calitate preț ok, ținând cont ca ești în Ile de France. ●Este aproape de centrul comercial. ●Gazda foarte comunicativă și reactivă, nimic de reproșat.
●Tușea unul in camera vecină de ziceai ca își varsă plămânii pe gură :)))).Mi-am luat dezinfectant în cameră direct! ●Cam mult zgomot (sunt 5 camere) dimineața. ●Televizorul nu avea cablu TV, doar conexiune la internet, care și aia a picat intr-o seară în timp ce ma uitam pe Netflix și nu și-a mai revenit. ●Cam departe de gară (15-20 de minute pe jos).
