    This was by far the worst hostel experience of my life. The weather was extremely hot during my stay, yet the air conditioning in the rooms was either not working or completely ineffective. The rooms felt like ovens, making it almost impossible to stay inside comfortably. I could barely sleep at night because of the heat. What made the situation even worse was that the staff seemed unwilling to solve the problem. When I spoke to them, their attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional, and it felt like they simply did not care about guests' comfort. The rooms also had poor lighting and lacked basic comfort. I paid for a place to rest and enjoy my trip, but instead I spent my time struggling with the heat and lack of support. Unfortunately, this hostel had a negative impact on my vacation and turned what should have been an enjoyable trip into a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

    The room was painted in black, and weak lighting. It’s very dark even during the daytime, not sure what was the purpose of the design. No AC at all so keep in mind if you want to stay here during summer. Overall was ok.. one thing I like about it was the location very close to metro station and escalator provided

    I book this place because the room is said to have AC. But in reality there's no AC in the room and it was the worst night I've ever had. The weather was hot. But at night outside is with breeze and it is fine outside. Yet the air recycler in the room kept blowing warm air into the room and the air in the room is so poorly ventilated everytime I went back to the room, my nose got congested quickly. Paired with the heat in the room. I couldn't sleep at all. In my room there's another French guy who also came there for the AC and also got scammed. i sent email to request refund and they didn't even give me a proper reply after so many days.
