I was not provided the key for the garage

The apartment was easy to find in a quiet residential street, as were the keys, although these are in a keysafe attached to a street railing opposite another (unrelated) property, and access to the building is via a keyfob which gets you through two doors. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and the bathroom a little small but adequate, with a good shower. There's a separate lavatory, and there is also a secure garage situated in the apartment block's basement. The owner's concierge (who I think is his partner) was very helpful with communications and took the trouble to call me in advance of our visit to make sure that I would have everything I needed, and I was sent an email with a link to a page by page description of how to find the keys, how to get into the property, how to access the garage, etc etc.

Unfortunately when I stayed my car, which I'd left parked in the street, had the rear passenger door's window smashed during the night. Whilst I don't hold the hosts remotely responsible for this, and I am well aware that the garage was available to me (detailed instructions were sent explaining how to get in and which one to use, and a key), it didn't inspire confidence in either the neighbourhood or Toulouse as a whole. Nothing was stolen, but the window had to be covered with a perspex sheet replacement and replaced on my return home. Aside from this there were a couple of minor things that could have been better; the bed (kingsize) had a sheet and mattress protector for a standard double, and the quilt (standard double sized) was housed in a cover for a kingsized one. The hot water cut out halfway through a shower on the second evening of our two day visit, and being a Sunday there was not much the hosts could do, although they did explain that they'd tried to find a plumber and had gone to the extent of calling the insurance company. The washbasin in the bathroom drained very slowly.

La limpieza es un poco justita la casa huele raro y llevad almohadas no hay (lo que hay son cojines) la calefacción a mí no me funcionaba pero no la nevesitamos
