T2 Bord de Garonne hypercentre terrasse + Parking

Really conveniently located for the city centre. It’s very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Communication is clear from the owners.

It is a bit of a faff getting to the parking. You have to find someone else to park, then go into the apartment to get the garage beeper, then back into your car, follow a bunch of instructions and then get into the private car park. I don’t understand why the garage beeper can’t just be attached to the apartment keys. If it wasn’t for this we would have given the apartment a 10.

Mooi appartement in groot complex. Mooi gelegen aan de Garonne en met alle bezienswaardigheden van Toulouse op loopafstand. Eenvoudige maar goed geoutilleerde keuken. Klein terrasje met veel zon aan de kant van de rivier

De procedure rond het ophalen van de sleutel(s) is wel erg omslachtig. Die uitleg betrof maar liefst 46 stappen. Uiteindelijk klopt het allemaal wel, maar je bent zo een half uur verder.

It had everything you required for an apartment and was very clean

Due to inadequate instruction I got the impression that Booking.com had dealt with the (rather large) deposit, however 2 hours before our arrival, when I enquired about access to the apartment I was told it hadn’t been paid! This caused me a lot of stress and could easily have been avoided by a reminder or instruction on the matter. There was no air conditioning in the apartment and we had to sleep with a noisy fan and the bed linen and towels could have been of a better quality as seemed rather tired. The town centre was about 25 minutes walk away.

Redelijk dicht bij de stad. Prima appartement met goede bedden. Garage voor de auto bij de prijs inbegrepen. Via garage met lift naar appartement. Uitstekende instructies van Matthieu om binnen te komen. Ook alle info over borg en wat te doen bij aankomst. Super!! Het terras was leuk. Je zit aan de Garonne. Lekker beschut.
