Petit appart dans résidence sécurisée, Proche Zenith, station metro patte d'oie et tram Moins cher qu'1 hôtel Coin cuisine pratique Lit fait, articles de toilettes sur place, thé et café disponibles

Residence ancienne donc mal isolée Besoin d'un petit coup de neuf Petite surface mais pas de surprise c'était comme indiqué dans la réservation

Room clean, good location, good value for money.

Check-in process was complete disaster, host sent me to pick up location, I walked for 15 minutes with 2 suitcases under summer heat just to find out that key was not there, that's half an hour lost. Staff were rude, didn't apologize for their mistakes, not organized at all. Entrance door system was not working for couple of days I couldn't enter back into the building, had to wait for someone to come out. Since I was staying on ground floor, people kept on knocking on my window and asking to open door for them, which was really annoying. Also you have to pay 200 euros deposit, which is fine, but you have to chase them for refund, I checked out on 12th August and got it back only on 5th September after asking them to refund it.
