This pretty 20 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 travellers and consists of a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet.

- Beautifully decorated living area with a double sofa bed (160x200), coffee tables, desk, flat screen TV and a portable air conditioner.
- Beautiful kitchenette open on the living room fully equipped with: standing table and 2 high seats, dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
- Bathroom with Italian shower,WC, storage space and hairdryer.
Outside :
- Small north facing outside balcony, which will allow you to enjoy some shade in the summer!
Neighbourhood:
This pretty studio is located in the heart of the Saint Cyprien district of Toulouse. It is a lively and culturally rich place, thanks to the book market, the Abattoirs museum and the Galerie du Château d'Eau.
The street of the housing remains however very quiet. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, press and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Nearby:
- The Place Olivier at 50 m: restaurants, cafés
- La Prairie des filtres at 300 m (4 minutes on foot)
- The Capitole is 1.5 km away (18 minutes on foot)
- Le Couvent des Jacobins at 1.1 km (13 minutes on foot)
- Hôtel d'Assézat at 700 m (8 minutes on foot)
- Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Le Platine "I had a lovely month in a great area in Toulouse. Firstly, the company are very professional and Gwen was wonderful at check in, it is great to have that level of service. The flat is clean, very well equipped, with great coffee machine, cooker, desk, super-fast internet, washing machine, excellent shower etc. It's almost too well provided, as it's very small and I felt it was rather overloaded on furniture when more space would be nicer. The flat is very quiet and safe, you don’t hear the neighbours, and the area is excellent - one of the very best to stay in. (Do explore it, there are great bars etc all around you). The bed is very comfortable and firm but small. If you're nearer 6' it’s a struggle – and two people must be a very tight squeeze – and it really needs better pillows, but overall it is a cosy and lovely and bright place to stay.
The only downside is that it does get very hot in these new summer heatwaves and the mosquitoes are a real issue if you have the window open, even during the day. The portable aircon works but it is mostly in the way, slow to take effect and very loud (impossible at night) and requires having the blind down – which means you sit in the dark. I preferred to only use it for a few hours when out in the evening and come back to a cooler flat to sleep. During the day you must use the net curtains and have insecticide ready or be bitten to pieces. But of course, that is true of all Toulouse, and just advice, not a criticism of an excellent apartment."
