Está muy bien ubicado. La vista desde la ventana es preciosa. La cocina está bien equipada. Los dueños han estado pendientes de nuestras necesidades y han respondido rápido a nuestros mensajes. El edificio es muy silencioso (no se oye ruido de los pisos contiguos).

El edificio tiene muchos años y se nota (el aspecto del ascensor no da el mejor recibimiento 😄). Pese a ello, se nota el esfuerzo de los dueños por hacerlo cómodo (eso sí, el sofá y los taburetes no lo son).

Was far out of town. I have accept responsibility as I picked it despite knowing. However, good tram service mitigated it largely

I liked the area that it was located in although still out further and not in the city centre it was accessible easily.

I didn’t like that the hosts didn’t communicate the changing of keys after a day of staying there. We were left outside not understanding what had happened and why we couldn’t enter the building once we contacted the intercom number and got through to the building agent then they let us know that the keys changed that day and the host never communicated this with us… I also was quite upset with the level of compassion that the host gave when I voiced a concern to him and booking.com about a bed bug issue. I woke up after the first night covered in bed bug bites since I have had this issue before I knew for sure it was not anything else. The host didn’t believe us and was firm that it was “mosquitoes season” but in fact we hadn’t had the windows opened once since we checked in. He seemed quite angry and he made us feel we were wrong and lying but the thing about bed bugs is you cannot really prove them through evidence only through experience. I also do believe they should do more cleaning as the walls bathroom were rusty and dirty. I do believe this Airbnb has so much potential and hope that people can have a better stay then we did.
