The location is excellent, very safe area, a lively bar close by that serves only locally sourced beers, 8 minutes walk from an amazing restaurant "Le Soulier", think french tapas, fantastic. The apartment itself was very clean, instructions to get in/out were super easy. It was incredibly hot in Toulouse on the days I stayed, temperatures reaching 36 with clear skies and I was quite surprised that the room remained cool throughout the day and evening. I spend a lot of time in Toulouse and will look for this apartment's availability first.

Rapport qualité prix au top. L'appartement est très agréable et bien décoré. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. En plein centre ville.
Il n'y a pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner, seulement 1 mug, le plateau du micro ondes est manquant et le frigo très vieillissant.
