部屋が綺麗でサウナも満足できた。
アメニティも充実していて、部屋着が快適。
オールインクルーシブのサービスも好きなだけ食べ飲みできて種類も多くお得に感じた。
無料で洗濯機を利用できたのも良かった。
空港～ホテル間の送迎もありがたかった。
夜中の製氷機の音が少しびっくりした 笑

娘たちが設備が良かったと言っておりました。事前のチェックインにも関わらず対応して頂き有り難う御座いました。

前回同様、設備もスタッフもサービスも良かったです。
清掃が酷すぎました。
掃除機をかけていないのか、長い髪の毛が結構な量落ちていて、使っていない備品には埃がかかっていました。
他は素晴らしいのに、そのせいでとても気持ち悪く不快な気持ちの滞在でした。
