Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht an Geschirr und Geräten, z. B. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Es hatte Heizkörper die man anschließen konnte und ein wenig die Zimmer beheizten konnte. Im März ist es sonst kalt in der Wohnung.
Ständig ist der Strom in der Küche ausgefallen, sobald man den Wasserkocher benutzt hat. Eingangstüre und Treppenhaus sind etwas eng und ungemütlich, wenn man mit großem Gepäck reist.
