The Tram 18 Space

good location, only 1 minute to the stop of Tram No.18 and Bus No.760, clean room and very kind stuff.

We stayed at a different address, but very nearby. The bus stop is right infront of the door (1min walk) and it has good tram and bus connections. You can use the kitchen (coffee and tea available).

We stayed in the 'Madrid' room and as mentioned before in the reviews the bed is very loud - even with the smallest movement. The room wasnt the cleanest - the bed sheets had stains on them and i dont think they were washed or at least not properly.

The location was not close to the center but in a neighborhood close to transportation. We were a 20 minute walk to the Belem area. I liked having a kitchen. There was a great cafe just across the street that was delicious and had great prices.

- From the day we arrived, the communication was super easy and smooth. Pedro is always available for any questions (he even responded to a question at 2AM in the morning!) - we celebrated my partner's birthday and received a nice gift from the place which we really appreciate! - the facilities include everything you need for a short stay

- communication through booking.com wasn't very clear before our arrival (but was super easy after > see pros) - the place wasn't clean, there was a surrounding smell in the whole flat and even some flies - we ran out of hot water one night (the boiler may have broken so this might not be a usual issue) - the place is a bit far from the city centre and the public transport is totally unpredictable so if you have to be on time somewhere you better calculate with an additional 30 minutes travel or Bolt (which is quite affordable though)
