We had a perfect stay at Globe Cottage. Tony welcomed us so warmly , he is such a nice host.
One of the things that matters most to me when staying somewhere is cleanliness, and the cottage was absolutely spotless. Everything smelled fresh and well cared for, and it immediately created a sense of comfort and ease. It felt like stepping into a space that is genuinely loved and looked after.
What stood out the most was the attention to detail. The host has clearly thought about everything a guest might need during their stay. Every small detail is considered, which creates a feeling that the place is cared for with real love and intention. Because of that, you naturally want to respect the space and take care of it as well.
The cottage itself is beautiful, very cosy, and modern inside while still keeping its charm. The location is excellent too, very close to the Tor, Chalice Well, and the town centre.
For us, this trip was a healing journey, and Globe Cottage was the perfect place for it. It felt peaceful, grounding, and welcoming, like a home away from home. Being able to return there after therapies and quiet moments in Glastonbury made the whole experience even more special.
We are very grateful for such a thoughtful and beautiful place to stay, and we would happily return again.

Stunning! The cottage was spotless and there was everything we could possibly want. Decorated beautifully and in a perfect location and parking was great. I couldn’t have wished for any more on a special birthday (hubby did great). We will definitely return as Tony has a beautiful cottage and was so helpful.

Exceptional and would highly recommend. Really convenient for both the high street & the tor. Tony is really laid back & friendly, a seasoned host whose little touches in the house were really appreciated. Really clean. Beautiful house. Myself, husband & dog wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
