Direkte Strandlage mit Zugang zum Meer. Sehr geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kaffee gibt es aus der Maschine oder nebenan in der preiswerten Snackbar. Parkplätze vorm Haus. Sehr netter und entgegenkommende Eigentümerin. Wir konnten problemlos 2 Stunden länger bleiben und somit noch Sonne, Strand und Meer genießen.
Wer dort übernachtet muss mit Fluglärm rechnen, da nahe Flughafen Rom.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it. The place was spotless, recently refreshed in a bright white style, and everything felt new and well cared for.
One of the highlights was definitely the bathroom – the shower had consistently hot water and strong pressure, which made a big difference compared to another place I stayed in previously in Rome.
There are just a few minor things worth mentioning. Because the beach is right behind the property, it’s very easy to bring in sand, so a vacuum cleaner would be helpful. There is a broom available, which works as a backup, but a vacuum would make things much easier. The moka pot is also quite small – it only makes one espresso at a time, so with four people it takes a while to prepare coffee for everyone. Additionally, it’s so tiny that it doesn’t sit securely on the gas burner and can slip off while brewing, so you need to be cautious. Fortunately, there is also a capsule coffee machine you can use. It’s also a good idea to bring your own toilet paper – we were provided with just one roll, which wasn’t quite enough for four people staying two nights. That said, it’s only a small detail.
Apart from that, the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable.

卫生，环境，交通都很不错，后院就是海边，有一个长堤，非常不错的风景，夏天来真是太棒了，这次是冬天的出行，夏天如果在这里常驻应该非常棒的体验。房间内各种厨具，油盐都准备齐全，附近有大型超市，方便做饭……

Wonderful apartment, well suited for a small family. Appreciated how easy it was to get into apartment after a long drive. Welcomed by a very clean spacious apartment well equipped. Beach view is beautiful with easy access. We had a short stay but will return with more time to stay longer.
