Collocazione perfetta! Stanza essenziale e utile per un soggiorno senza pretese.
Disponibilità e gentilezza massima della proprietaria.
Non c’è L aria condizionata e questo rende molto complicato il soggiorno nei giorni più caldi d’estate.
L impossibilità di poter avere le chiavi del cancello d’ingresso rende la permanenza un pochino scomoda. Comprendo le ragioni di sicurezza della proprietà ma suggerisco per il loro miglioramento un’alternativa utile per entrambi! :)

Super comfort siamo stati benissimo!!! Lo consiglio assolutamente!! Un ringraziamento speciale va fatto a Vanessa e a sua madre Maria per averci fatto sentire a casa e per l’ospitalità. Struttura ottima, pulita e super comfort!!

This villa is located in a nice area of Fregenea. Beautiful garden, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to local transportation. Its a great choice for those needing to stay close to Fiumicino airport. Sea and beaches are 10 minutes walk. Vanessa and her mother are incredible, they provided all the information we needed to get around

Vanessa and her mother Maria, were exceptional hosts and helped us a lot.
Had to go out of room to get to bathroom, which had no window and the shower tap needed to be fixed.
