Ottimo B&B nella zona residenziale di Fregene. Disposto su tre piani con le camere al primo (matrimoniale) e secondo (due singoli) e zona giorno al terreno (con eventuale divano letto matrimoniale) dove si trova anche un piccolo giardino privato. L’appartamento dispone anche di parcheggio riservato su strada. Colazione non inclusa ma ci sono ottimi bar nelle vicinanze. Il mare si raggiunge cona passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.
Servizi igienici e infissi un po’ datati.

The property was very nice with a small garden, perfect for spending a few days at the beach (which is just down the road). Although small and simple, there is everything you need for a short stay. Sofia was super helpful in getting us in and communication with her and Daniele was very smooth.

Redelijke ligging ten opzichte van het strand, maar het appartement zelf is verouderd, slecht onderhouden en vies.
Het is een huis met begane grond, 1e verdieping (slaapkamer/badkamer) en 2e verdieping (slaapkamer/toilet) met alleen op de 1e verdieping een airco. Hierdoor het s er op de 2e verdieping niet te slapen door de warmte.
In de douchecabine zit schimmel.
Zeer slechte/vieze/oude matrassen die doorzakken.
Verder was er zeer slecht schoongemaakt, kapot glas, bikini van (hopelijk) de vorige huurders.
Het matras van de slaapbank zat vol met (bloed?)vlekken.
Wij hadden een week geboekt, maar zijn op de helft weggegaan.
