La propreté, les petites attentions (biscuits et vélos en libre accès), l'esprit du lieux (decoration...) et l'arrivée libre et facile.
Les radiateurs n'étaient pas allumés à notre arrivée donc l'appartement fut difficile à chauffer mais des couvertures étaient disponibles.
Le changement de bus pour arriver à l'appartement depuis l'aéroport.

Posizione buona per il mare o per l'aeroporto. Monolocale ben distribuito, cucina fornita, bagno ristrutturato alla perfezione di livello superiore. Possibilità di parcheggio in loco.

Owner made an attempt to provide all of the niceties and more that one would expect.
Property was VERY DIFFICULT to find in the dark at night. Couch was extremely stained and a strong smell of mold was present. While the property was "close" in distance to the airport, it was a difficult 25 minute drive
