Very roomy, well equipped and very modern. It was just my son and I but this would would make a wonderful family holiday home. Hayley, the host, was responsive to all our needs and nothing was too much trouble.

The engineers had a very comfortable one night stay
No hot water in the sinks the first night, never investigated further but possible issue with the boiler

Parking is on street and easy outside
Close to glenfiddich and balvenie (can walk to them)
Amazing area to stay in general!
Needs some minor repair work but otherwise great!

The location was good
There was a leak in roof when you used the shower water leaked through onto bunk bed below we only realised as grandson and dad sitting on bunk bed playing and water started dripping on them Cupboard door in kitchen almost fell of when we opened it
